How Fast We Can Actually Reach You
Where We Already Are Tonight
Ask any restoration company where the truck is right now.
Coverage maps are cheap to draw. Anybody can list forty cities on a website and dispatch from one yard two counties away, and you find out which kind of company you called at eleven on a storm night when they quote you a four-hour arrival.
Our answer is that we already work this footprint daily on the electrical side, including the Santa Cruz County half that most Peninsula companies serve on paper and reach over Highway 17 in practice. That is the entire reason we cover it.
So the useful question is not whether we go to your city. It is how long, honestly, and whether that is fast enough to matter for what is happening in your house. Call and ask us that directly. If the answer is that somebody closer will serve you better tonight, we would rather say so.
City and County of San Francisco
Tell us the floor, the stair width, and whether a truck can legally stop outside. Access decides how fast equipment gets in here more often than distance does, and a loss that crosses a party wall needs documenting per unit from the first hour.
Santa Clara County
Ask us for the meter test before you assume you have no leak. Most of the losses we are called to in this county were running under a slab or inside a wall for weeks, and the first honest question is how long, not how much.
Santa Cruz County
Our crews work this side of the hill already, so a storm night does not mean waiting on Highway 17. Expect drying to run longer than an inland quote suggests, because coastal air has less capacity to take the moisture out.
Your town is not on this list.
These are the cities with their own page, not the boundary of where we go. Between San Francisco and Watsonville there are a lot of towns we work in every week without having written a page about them. Tell us where you are and what is happening, and you will get a straight answer about timing rather than a booking that arrives too late to change the outcome.
24/7 Emergency Response
Wherever you are, the water is not waiting.
