Find It At $200, Not At $20,000

2 preventive visits a year: moisture readings where leaks actually start, caulk and ventilation checked, and an electrical safety walkthrough by a C-10 licensed technician. From $99 a year, less than a single emergency call-out.

Serious damage starts quietly.

Almost nothing we get called out for at two in the morning started at two in the morning. Caulk failed a year ago. A fan stopped moving air. A supply line got old. A fitting behind a vanity started weeping into a cavity nobody opens.

None of those are dramatic events. They are slow problems that compound quietly until the bill is anything but quiet. Twice a year, somebody who knows where to look and has the meters to check spends an hour making sure none of them are running in your house.

Six problems that are cheap early.

Small leak becomes structural

A slow drip behind a vanity runs for months. By the time it shows, you are replacing drywall, insulation, and possibly framing, not a fitting.

Failed caulk becomes mold

Deteriorated caulk around a shower lets water through grout into the wall cavity. Mold can establish there within 24 to 48 hours of conditions being right.

Weak ventilation becomes rot

A bathroom fan that no longer moves enough air leaves moisture in ceiling cavities and framing every single day, for years.

Aging supply lines let go

Braided connectors have a service life. Checked, they are a cheap replacement. Unchecked, they are a flooded floor at full pressure.

Water heaters fail wet

A tank at the end of its life releases forty to eighty gallons at once, usually next to a wall shared with finished living space.

Corrosion reaches the electrical

Damp near a panel or in a wall cavity works on connections quietly. This is the one a plumbing inspection never looks at.

Simple, transparent pricing.

No hidden fees. Repairs and additional services are always quoted separately and require your approval.

What Makes Ours Different

The person checking your moisture is also an electrician.

Every other preventive plan in this category sends somebody to look at plumbing. Ours sends a C-10 licensed technician, so the panel, the visible wiring, and the corrosion that damp quietly causes get looked at in the same hour. By somebody actually qualified to judge it.

Membership questions

A technician takes moisture readings in the areas that fail most often. Under sinks, around tubs and showers, at the laundry, at the water heater, and at visible plumbing connections. Checks caulk and seals, looks for visible microbial growth in moisture-prone areas, and confirms bathroom exhaust fans are moving air. You get written findings after every visit, not a verbal "looks fine".

No, and it is important to be clear about that. It is a maintenance and inspection service. It does not cover repair costs, it does not pay claims, and it does not replace your homeowner's policy. What it does is find moisture problems while they are still cheap.

You get the written findings and a quote for whatever needs doing. Repairs and additional services are always quoted separately and require your approval. Nothing gets done on the spot and added to a bill. If it is urgent, we will say so plainly.

Members get priority scheduling for routine and urgent work. On a genuine emergency we dispatch on need, not membership status, because that is the only defensible way to run an emergency line.

Yes. It renews annually and you can cancel before renewal. We would rather you leave because you no longer need it than stay because cancelling was made difficult.

Yes, and that is the part no other restoration company can offer. Our technicians are C-10 licensed, so the same visit includes a look at the panel and visible wiring for the corrosion, heat damage, and obvious hazards that a plumbing-focused inspection would walk straight past.

Next on the same job.
